Дом возведен по индивидуальному архитектурному дизайн-проекту при участии архитектора и нескольких конструкторов.
Архитектура данного дома впечатляет своими чистыми линиями, минималистической эстетикой и интересным сочетанием различных текстур и материалов. Большие изящные окна, окруженные темными рамами на светлом фасаде придают дому изысканный и сдержанный вид. В задней части дома расположены впечатляющие панорамные окна, пропускающие много естественного света и открывающие вид на внутренний двор.

Строительные работы
Строительные и отделочные работы выполнены строго по проектным чертежам, с использованием импортных материалов.
Все строительные работы выполнялись только опытными специалистами из брестской строительной компании. Изготовление и монтаж окон осуществлялись минской фирмой ввиду ограниченного количества компаний, специализирующихся на панорамных дверях высокого уровня.
После завершения строительства этого дома была проведена сертификация кладочных и кровельных работ строительной фирмой. Это подтверждает высокое качество выполненных работ и их соответствие всем необходимым стандартам и требованиям, гарантируя надежность и долговечность конструкции.
